I love how drawing makes you discover things that you would never have seen otherwise. I sat down to draw in a park in my neighborhood today, simply because it was one of the few places I could find where I was sheltered from the cold wind. And there they were – these cool balconies on the three top floors of this building facing the park. I´ve never seen them before, simply because this is a place where I have been a hundred times before, to do grocery shopping or catch the underground – one of those everyday places where I hardly ever stop to look up and discover things like this…
