A friend of mine worked in an office on the fifteenth floor until last week, and I had the grand opportunity to come and use the panorama windows of her workplace for sketching. Yum, what a treat – Stockholm from above!
I have actually never seen the city from this point of view before, with the forests of the Royal City National Park as the foreground and the city center to the left at the horizon. This view stretches from Slussen (one of my fav places to draw) at the far left edge of the paper, to Lidingöbron (Lidingö bridge) at the far right. Click image for larger view.
Thanks a lot to the folks at Kalix Tele24 for lending me your windows. : )
