Haunted house

On the island where our summer house is, there is a haunted house. There was a sawmill on the islands between 1900 and 1952, and the company accountant lived on the top floor of this school building. He supposedly stole money from the company, and when he got caught he killed his wife and kids and hid their bodies behind a brick wall by the stove, and then hung himself in the staircase.

Or so they say. Funny thing, that little apartment doesn´t seem to have been used since the sawmill era. It is still empty and the wallpapers are coming down. There is certainly an eerie feeling up there, and that staircase would be the perfect place for a scene in a horror movie. It is also a superb place to scare kids, and give them some summer memories they will never forget.
